Blue screen on Windows 10. Microsoft is fixing an issue that when using certain printers will cause Windows 10 computer to crash and go to blue screen. If you are experiencing this problem, today's update will let you roll back to the printing process.
In the update notes, Microsoft says that the problem only affects "some printers use certain applications", but does not elaborate. It seems to affect some Kyocera, Ricoh, and Zebra printers, and if you own one that's the kind of error that will be extremely annoying - or worse, break a workflow, if the printing is a must. demand, not something you do every now and then.
If this issue is affecting you, you can download the update by going to Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update and clicking on Check for Updates. Hopefully, after the update, your printer and computer can get back to being friends.
